Your order will be delivered to your door via insured shipping with a tracking number(s) provided.

We are not liable for packages damaged on arrival or packages delivered to an incorrect address. If this occurs, please contact your local shipment provider.

How do I change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address, as once it is shipped, we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service (email: info@sveltewear.com) immediately! 24 hours after your order is placed, we will no longer be able to change or correct delivery information or cancel the order. You, the customer, will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided at the time of order.
