Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing from Sveltewear. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
- If the tracking number for the ordered product was updated or provided by support in a conversation, the product is not eligible for a refund.
- If the ordered product is faulty or broken during shipping, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. However, we require photo and video evidence of the issue before processing a refund. If the product is not broken, we do not offer refunds on used products or products with obvious signs of wear and tear.
To request a refund, please email us at ownerofsveltewear@gmail.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund for the product amount only.
